Over the years, I've learned that building a company is never just about the product. It's about psychology — how people think, decide, and act — and about strategy — how that thinking translates into a plan that actually works. Those two threads run through everything I do: the ventures I build, the books I write, and the conversations I have on my podcast.
Traditional startup dogma often glorifies hyper-growth at all costs. My experience building across SaaS, digital assets, and e-commerce taught me a different truth: durable businesses are created when strategy aligns perfectly with human psychology and unit economics.
